I chose EMMS, for five key reasons. First of all, for the exceptionally high quality of the teaching staff. Each professor brings to the table their world-class academic history, top-notch professional expertise, as well as excellent classroom management skills. Second, EMMS puts together, in a comprehensive, rigorous and up-to-date way, two sides of the same coin (Marketing and Sales) which cannot be found in any other Executive post-degree master, no matter where you live. To me, another great plus was the possibility to keep a healthy balance between one’s professional commitments and the master’s academic workload, within a highly motivated, international, expert and diverse class. Last, but definitely not least, the possibility to attend not one but two fantastic universities, which consistently top the yearly executive educational rankings in Europe and beyond. If you have a passion for all things Marketing and Sales, it just doesn’t get any better than this.

2020, what a year! Nobody can deny that it was a challenging one. Actually an unprecedented one. But for me, this year was a deeply transformational one. Not only for my working habits and personal life, but it also marked a new learning journey for me. A powerful experience which led me to valuable educational insights and instilled me with many years of professional experience. But most importantly this journey led me to adopt a new mindset. Taught me how to remain resilient, stay relevant and adopt a value-creation attitude. If one this pandemic has taught us one thing, it’s that at the end of the day it is not the aptitude that matters most, but rather the attitude of people. Well SDA Bocconi and Esade, helped me strengthen both. This is what it means to be in the thrusted hands of outstanding business schools. I thank them deeply for that. Once an EMMS, always an EMMS.

The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT®) test is a computer-adaptive test that is available year-round at test centres throughout the world. This test measures basic, mathematical, and analytical writing skills. It is specifically designed to help Business Schools to assess the qualifications of applicants for advanced study in business and management. The test yields four scores (verbal, quantitative, total and analytical writing assessments) in order to measure applicants' potential academic performance in graduate management education. Each of these scores is reported on a fixed scale.
A good preparation kit explains the strategies and techniques to solve the problems.
TOEFL certifies your proficiency in Academic English.
Since only some SDA Bocconi Masters require the TOEFL test, we suggest that you check on each Master’s website.
In any case, if you are a native English speaker or you obtained a High School Diploma in English or you hold a degree from a University where courses are taught in English, you won't have to take the TOEFL test.
The School's TOEFL code is 0698.
The test is used and admitted all over the world, and consists of four parts: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
More information and preparation kits can be found at the official TOEFL website
Some Masters selection criteria accept GRE as an alternative to GMAT.
We suggest you check on each Master’s website.
