The activities are therefore aimed at:

  • examining in detail the recent developments in awarding entities in Italy, from generic to highly specialized structures
  • implementing research on today’s Italian public real estate assets
  • contributing to the writing of the Contracting Code by analyzing their development
  • educating management on the changes in the country’s public works and infrastructure

The training offered by PREM, since 2014, is based on two reference points:

  • how to best use project finance
  • how to enhance the public - private partnership

In the coming three-year period 2018-2020, along with the continuing support being provided to the entities involved in managing public property assets, PREM is also focused on executing targeted national case studies with the commitment to compare them with the international studies.
