The 30% Club through Diversity is a global association that SDA Bocconi partners with; their goal is to achieve a 30% representation of women on boards and in top positions at companies in more than 20 countries.

The Forum has been established as a think-tank platform to share ideas, research, and practice in equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and to act as a networking point.
