The School has a new Steering Committee, which Dean Stefano Caselli appointed effective as of December 1st and which will be responsible for guiding SDA Bocconi over the next two years. The structure of the new Steering Committee includes a broader set-up than the School's Divisions in order to meet the challenges and growth roadmap of the coming years.

SDA Bocconi must be a key player in social transformation, with an ever-growing and visible impact, thanks to its higher education activities and its ability to do research. It must continually raise the bar in terms of content, creating a robust bridge between its most advanced components and the world of decision-making and management. But it must also enter uncharted territories. Being a school of management means increasingly making an impact, measuring and verifying it continuously. It means confronting the issues of sustainability, gender equality and diversity, inequality, growth and policies that address these challenges.

In the new Senior Leadership, three new roles have been added alongside Managing Director Lucia Benedetti and Dean for International Affairs at Bocconi University Catherine De Vries. An Associate Dean for Sustainability, a role held by Francesco Perrini, who is responsible for making the overall efforts in education and research in the area of sustainability more visible. An Associate Dean for Stakeholder Engagement, a role held by Carlo Altomonte, who will be tasked with developing internationally focused training programs dedicated to the growth of leadership roles in the various stakeholder figures: from civil servants, to policy makers, to international board members, to the area of think tanks and NGOs. An Associate Dean for Summer Executive Global Experience, a role held by Emanuela Prandelli, with the task of developing an international higher education platform that attracts talent and practitioners eager to delve into frontier issues during the summer period.

The role of Associate Dean for Faculty is held by Alessandro Minichilli while the structure of the Divisions that preside over the School's different markets will have an articulated structure. The Open Programs Division is headed by Rossella Cappetta as Associate Dean. The Online Learning Experience Division is led by Leonardo Caporarello as Associate Dean. The Master's Division is led by Enzo Baglieri as Associate Dean, who has the task in the coming months to continue together with a group of steering committee members the development of the Rome campus. The "Claudio Demattè" Research Division is led by Paola Cillo as Associate Dean. The Corporate & Financial Institutions Executive Programs Division is led by Giampaolo Gabbi, as Associate Dean; Giovanni Tomasi, Director for Domestic Executive Programs; and Leonardo Etro, Director for International. The GHNP Division - Goverment, Health and Not for Profit is led by Rosanna Tarricone as Associate Dean, Amelia Compagni, Director of Cergas, Monica Otto, Director Executive Education GHNP and Veronica Vecchi, Director Research, Innovation and International Programs for Government & Society. David Bardolet is Associate Dean of the SDA Bocconi Asia Center. The Steering Committee also includes Francesco Arduini, Administration, Control and Faculty Support; Marilù Ortini, Business Development; and Debora Usai, HR and Quality Process.

Rector Francesco Billari and Managing Director Riccardo Taranto have been invited to the steering committee as members from Bocconi University.
