Career

For participants in the Executive MBA programs, we have designed an integrated pathway to support their individual career plans: the Executive Career Curriculum (ECC).

The curriculum includes a series of classroom and individual initiatives aimed at providing tools to identify strengths, analyze and leverage professional experience, and identify growth opportunities.

All ECC activities are optional and complement the academic program. They are typically offered in the evenings or on Saturdays to facilitate participation. ECC is coordinated by the Career Development Team at SDA Bocconi and is a dynamic service, both on an individual and group basis.

Feedback from participants, which is required for each activity, is crucial to continuously align the program with their needs.

The benefits a company can gain from sponsoring participation in the Executive MBA are quickly evident, as the participant soon becomes a bearer of new ideas and growth impulses.

We have also designed an innovative mechanism for sponsor companies, allowing them to collaborate with the program director to define a real-world project tailored to the company’s interests, carried out by their employee-participant under the methodological guidance of a program faculty member.

Throughout the program, participants will also have numerous opportunities to immerse themselves in the world of prominent companies, through guest lectures by their managers, in addition to various activities organized by the Student Clubs.

At the end of the program, participants will have access to numerous and valuable new contacts with companies worldwide, thanks to the Alumni network.
