To improve and develop awareness, understand the implications and accountability of a managerial role in a professional sports context and more generally in that of companies and institutions (including nonprofit), perfect leadership and decision-making skills in complex settings, develop and promote orientation towards change.
To reinforce reasoning, methodologies and tools for the development of an integrated vision of the world of companies and institutions, paying particular attention to the economic-financial variable, the centrality of the fans, clients, investors and innovation processes.

The first Module is dedicated to the analysis of the profile, with quantitative and qualitative assessments for the Talent Assessment and the Career Development, plus a few introductory sessions about Economics and Management.

The second Module is dedicated to the Business Foundations, in order to transfer the business pillars to the participants enabling them to acquire a comprehensive view of the business as a discipline.

● 1 on campus face-to- face initiative in the classroom with other students (12 sessions equivalent) – not compulsory

The third Module is dedicated to the Management Foundations, in order to transfer the managerial models and tools to the participants to teach them how to plan and organize projects and activities.

The fourth Module is dedicated to the Execution, in order to transfer models and tools needed when participants want to implement projects and activities in specific contexts, like sectors or markets, integrating all stakeholders’ interests.
