Quando sono diventato Vice-Presidente di FC Internazionale, al termine della mia carriera da calciatore, ho deciso di prepararmi per questa nuova opportunità. Per diventare dirigente avevo bisogno di allenamenti diversi che sapessero portarmi nuove competenze da unire ai miei valori e alla mia mentalità. Nelle lezioni e negli Executive Coaching ho ampliato la mia visione calcistica e ho imparato tanto. Questo programma mi ha dato la grande opportunità di vedere il sistema calcio da un’altra prospettiva. I could not be happier about my experience as a student in SDA Bocconi School of Management, the 1-to-1 Academy that I’m doing gives me the unique chance to upgrade my skills and to transition easily from my professional career as an athlete to the post-career life.
