Lavinia Biagiotti Cigna

Lavinia Biagiotti Cigna, entrepreneur and fashion designer, was born in Rome on October 12th, 1978. President and CEO of Biagiotti Group, she represents the third generation of the family business, founded in 1965 by her grandmother, Delia Biagiotti. A representative of Made in Italy throughout the world, Lavinia Biagiotti Cigna leads the group with passion and a focus on the new generations. Her mother, Laura Biagiotti, had that same focus and foresight along with pursuing an interest in enhancing and preserving places of high artistic value by financing restoration projects.

Lavinia Biagiotti Cigna lives and works in Rome, in an 11th-century A.D. castle surrounded by the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club of which she is President. The state-of-the-art golf facility was built by the Group and completely renovated in 2021 to host the 2023 Ryder Cup, the third most-watched sports event in the world, never before held in Italy, and which Lavinia Biagiotti Cigna helped bring to our country. Lavinia Biagiotti Cigna supports and promotes the development of the country by investing in the production of collections and major events and through her patronage of the arts.
