Diane Gotua

As SVP of Strategy, Diane is responsible for evaluating and driving strategic growth initiatives across Fanatics various businesses. She sets Fanatics’ strategic vision, priorities, and identifies inorganic growth opportunities.

Prior to Fanatics, Diane held various leadership roles at the NBA where she led efforts to grow the league’s international business through strategic partnerships. She led project teams that resulted in the formation of NBA Africa and Basketball Africa League, the expansion of the G League in Mexico City, and the establishment of NBA Academies globally. She served as general manager for USA Basketball (USAB) and Managing Director for NBA India prior to the league’s first ever games in Mumbai. 

Prior to joining the NBA, Diane held various positions within Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers investment banking groups in New York, and the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C.
