Andrea Scrosati
Andrea Scrosati is the Group Chief Operating Officer and CEO Continental Europe of Fremantle.
Part of Bertelsmann, Fremantle is one of the global leaders in content production operating in 26 countries and delivering over 12.000 hours of new tv shows, drama, films and documentaries every year. Several global functions report to Andrea including Global M&A, Global Strategy, Global Drama and Film, and Global Documentaries. In addition the following territories report directly to Andrea: France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland and Israel. Before joining Fremantle in 2018, Andrea was EVP Programming of Sky Italia for eight years. In this role all non-sport programming reported to him, including the all-news channel SkyTg24, the free-to-air channels TV8 and Cielo and all Sky Italia original productions (scripted and unscripted). Under Andrea’s leadership Sky commissioned iconic dramas such as “Gomorrah”, “The Young Pope” and shows such as “The X Factor” and “Masterchef”.
