The first edition of the Global Leaders Program officially begins today, an exclusive program dedicated to top executives from leading global organizations. From June 30th to July 5th, on the Milan campus, participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a high-level educational experience: a unique approach designed to enhance skills necessary to address contemporary issues through diverse perspectives and unconventional learning experiences, aiming to equip business leaders with the tools to redefine their leadership style and influence in a continually transforming global landscape.

Promoted by Dean Stefano Caselli and led by Emanuela Prandelli, Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University, the course welcomes prominent leaders from companies such as Equita, EssilorLuxottica, Google, LVMH, and Richemont. Distinguished speakers include Dean Caselli himself, Mario Monti, Andrea Sironi, Francesco Billari, and Gianmario Verona, while notable guest speakers include figures such as Vittorio Colao, Margherita Della Valle, and Daniele Franco.

The Global Leaders Program includes two days dedicated to exploring key economic and geopolitical themes in contemporary discourse, and three days focused on major managerial challenges related to digital transformation and sustainability, alongside a strong experiential component with exclusive activities in organizations that epitomize Italian excellence in manufacturing, art, and culture.

"The Global Leaders Program stands as a new benchmark in executive education," declares Dean Stefano Caselli. "Our aim is to equip business leaders with the tools to redefine their leadership style and influence, benefiting their organizations and society at large. The priority is to acquire the ability to navigate complex and ever-changing scenarios with agility and creativity. Another innovation is a unique approach designed to enhance skills necessary to tackle contemporary issues through unconventional learning experiences."

"The growing uncertainty might discourage commitment to experimentation and exploration of unconventional growth paths," emphasizes Emanuela Prandelli, Program Director. "With this course, we aim to offer top management the opportunity to step away from the intensity of their daily contexts for a week and draw inspiration from conversations with distinguished faculty members and peers, approaching new challenges from unique angles and amplifying the impact of their leadership capabilities."

SDA Bocconi's Global Leaders Program establishes itself as a beacon of excellence in executive education, shaping leaders capable of navigating complex scenarios with agility and creativity, thereby contributing significantly to positive influence within their organizations and society.
