The third edition of the Digital Futures Academy, in partnership with Capgemini, offers young graduates a new career opportunity in consulting.
The Digital Futures Academy, the result of a collaboration between SDA Bocconi and Capgemini, kicked off its third consecutive year and offered educational opportunities in the fields of management and technology. The Academy's course “The Future of Financial Institution Management” is for young graduates who want to pursue a career in consulting and is designed for those with degrees in Fintech, Finance and STEM fields.
Given the ever-changing financial environment with the emergence of new products, services, and advanced technologies, continuing education is a key element in successfully embracing the challenges and opportunities of the digital future of financial institutions.
The course, which launched September 26, took place over a four-week period and is conducted in English. The faculty consists of experts from SDA Bocconi, professionals from Capgemini and other industry specialists. The program focused on financial and banking markets, core business processes in finance, and topical issues in the ICT sector.
To assist the younger generation that brings together SDA Bocconi and Capgemini and support it financially, the initiative is entirely free. Capgemini is committed to offering an employment contract to participants who successfully complete the course. In this way, the Digital Futures Academy continues to be a reference point in continuing education, actively developing the skills needed to successfully navigate the complex landscape of the modern financial industry
As the partnership between SDA Bocconi and Capgemini continues, the second edition of The Future of Enterprise Management program of the Digital Future Academy has just concluded. Twenty-six young graduates in STEM and economics disciplines who followed a training course completed the program, with lectures given by SDA Bocconi professors and Capgemini experts and prominent guest speakers. The program, which was held entirely in English, was attended by Italian and foreign students.
These new talents now have the tools to think about digital innovation strategically, with a greater impact on business transformation, and will be hired directly by the company to meet the string of challenges that lie ahead.
