"The issues dealt with by the head of one of the main European central banks will be the roles of the ECB and of national central banks in the functioning of the euro system as a whole, at a time of great difficulty for Europe", explains Caselli.
The talk, originally scheduled to be held in a University lecture hall, will be held online via the Blackboard platform and is divided into a first part devoted to a speech by Governor Villeroy de Galhau and a second part where graduate students can ask the central banker questions and raise issues.
