How does it feel after embarking on the EMBA at SDA Bocconi?
Absolutely thrilled and with a strong sense of drive.
Proud to have completed this journey (proud of me).
With a newfound self-awareness that has made me more conscious of my abilities and potential. I feel professionally transformed and much more grounded. I’m confident that the skills I’ve acquired will help me in my career and make me a better leader.
My expectations for this experience have been fully met.
The EMBA is undoubtedly a life chapter that is hard to forget. It’s an experience of learning but, above all, of life.

An MBA requires patience and sacrifice, participation and sharing, but it delivers great rewards, both personal and professional. When I asked myself whether it was worth enrolling in an MBA course, I already knew the answer deep down. Being able to attend the course here in Rome was a privilege and a great advantage, allowing me to access the resources of one of the top Business Schools, right by my workplace. I would wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone who asks, with the right motivation and mindset.

The availability of the EMBAWE program in Rome provided the ideal solution, allowing me to embark on a sustainable growth journey. It was challenging, but it was absolutely worth it. I encountered an exceptional faculty, inspiring peers, and an engaging environment. The greatest value lies in the awareness I’ve gained—I now understand my boundaries and feel equipped to approach new challenges and contexts with confidence. Moreover, realizing that I could balance studying, working, and taking care of my family was a significant achievement for me. The considerable effort has been rewarded with meaningful professional and personal outcomes.

During the EMBA, it’s essential to manage and simplify complexity as much as possible, learning from the outset to optimize time and physical and mental resources. Choosing #EMBARoma allowed me to minimize travel from Naples, while unexpectedly offering a unique experience thanks to the exceptional quality of participants and the shared spirit of “embarking on something entirely new together.” This collective drive provided an extra boost to navigate such a profound process of transformation, while also leaving us with a network of relationships that proved far more personal and valuable than I had anticipated when making my decision.

The Weekend format in Rome allowed me to continue working, making it easier to support the expenses of the master's program. I also didn’t have to worry about finding new accommodation in Italy or abroad, or deal with the travel costs, as I am based in Rome. After all, investing in an MBA is already a challenge in itself, and adding further changes would have made it significantly harder to manage both my work and personal life.

I soon discovered that the EMBA in Rome means a smaller but very cohesive class, the typical warmth of people from central and southern Italy, and a network of relationships that is far more valuable and extensive than I had imagined. The shared studying experience helps us build both professional and personal bonds, within a network that gradually expands, involving both alumni from previous EMBA cohorts and colleagues from Milan who are on the same path.
