Mislav Radic is an Assistant Professor at Università Bocconi, and a Research Fellow at University College London. Prior to joining Bocconi, he was a Research Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
His research and teaching lie at the intersection between Strategic Management and Public Policy, analyzing the changing boundaries between public and private organizations. Studying phenomena like the privatization of the Post Office, nationalization of the railway sector, public grants during crisis, regulation of information platforms, led him to focus on concepts such as organizational identity, resilience and corporate social responsibility. His most recent research agenda is focused on exploring the evolution, dynamics and challenges of voluntary carbon markets. His findings were published in academic journals such as the Journal of Management and the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Psychology and is frequently featured in prominent media outlets such as the Financial Times, the Guardian, and the BBC. He was the Principal Investigator on the UKRI (UK Research and Innovation) funded project “Hybrid Organising in the Railway Sector”. He is also a collaborator on Croatian Science Foundation funded project “Resilience Enhancing Policies: Exploring the Role of Public Grants” and on the British Academy funded project "The Great Post Office Scandal". In addition to academic research, he acts as a policy and strategy advisor for several private and public sector organizations and serves as an active member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers community.
He has a MRes in Management and a PhD in Management from Cass Business School – City University of London in Great Britain.
