Michele Rutigliano is Fellow of Corporate Banking at SDA Bocconi School of Management, formerly Full Professor of Economics of Financial Intermediaries and Professor of Corporate Finance and Valutation at Università di Verona.
He has directed and has taught in several custom executive education programs for primary financial istitutions as Intesa San Paolo, Unicredit, BNL. He has also directed several open market programs focused on banking and other financial istitutions financial statements. He was Visiting assistant professor, Department of Finance, Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania - USA. Michele is also Chartered Accountant and Chartered Auditor and member of Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors of listed and non listed companies operating in industrial, financial and insurance sectors. He also serves as judicial consultant in civil and penal trials.
His research is mainly focused on bank financial statement and its analysis, valuation of banks and other financial intermediaries, corporate and intellectual property valuation,M&A transactions.
Michele graduated in Business Administration from Università Bocconi where he also attended the advanced program in corporate tax law.
