Fabrizio Acerbis is Fellow of Corporate Governance at SDA Bocconi School of Management where he is member of the Corporate Governance Lab.
He is Chartered Accountant and Certified Auditor and founder of TLS Associazione Professionale di Avvocati e Commercialisti.
His activity includes consulting activity to main Italian and multinational companies on company law and regulations. He also served as member of several boards of statutory auditors (he served as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Versace, Valentino, iGuzzini, HME and as member in many other Italian companies and subsidiaries of MNCs including Goldman Sachs, Schroders, Alcoa, Pirelli). He is President of the ODCEC Milano Commission for attractiveness.
Since 2000 he has also covered the topics of competition among countries (TLS has been the main contributor for Italy of the Doing Business Report issued by The World Bank – chapter Paying Taxes) in terms of attractiveness, and more recently the topic of the influence of the competitive scenario and ESG trends on corporate and family governance.
He is often invited as guest speaker in seminars on technical and market scenario topics.
