Enzo Baglieri is a Professor of Practice of Operations and Technology Management at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He is a Professor of Technology, Innovation and Operation Management at Università Bocconi. Since January 2021 he has been Associate Dean for Master Division at SDA Bocconi.
At SDA Bocconi, he has served as Director of the Executive MBA program until December 2020. He has conducted numerous workshops and consulting projects in Europe, North America and Latin America with major t partners operating in the banking, automotive and telecommunications industries.
His research activities investigate the strategic management of innovation and technology, service innovation and service industrialization. Currently, he is focusing on the study of the industrialization of services, and the design and engineering of the customer experience.
He is the author of numerous books and articles on his topics of interest. His works have been published in the International Journal of Production Research, the International Journal of Automotive Technology and Management, Economia & Management and the Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics, among others. He has been Coordinator of the Global Executive MBA module, delivered by SDA Bocconi at UCLA Anderson School of Management and he was a Visiting Scholar and Visiting Professor at the University of California San Diego.
Enzo earned a degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi and a Ph.D in Economics and Management of Technology at the Università di Pavia. He accomplished and earned the ITP (International Teachers Programme) at the Stern School of Business, New York University.
