Eleonora Montani is Academic Fellow at Bocconi University where she teaches Criminal Law and Gender Law and Women's Right. At SDA Bocconi, she is the Scientific Coordinator of LET'S LAB.
Lawyer, Ethical Guarantor and Member of Supervisory Bodies, she is currently a member of the Anti-Mafia Committee of the Municipality of Milan.
Her research interests focuses on the issues of Compliance 231, Corporate Responsibility and Business Ethics, topics which, more recently, have been accompanied by attention to the aspects of Sustainability in a broad sense. She has dealt with organized crime, economic crime, economic analysis of law and, at the beginning of her professional career, with gender-based violence.
Eleonora holds a master's degree in Law from the State University of Milan and a 2nd level Master's in Psychology and Forese Psychopathology with a specialization in Criminology at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan
