Clio Gressani is Executive Fellow of Strategy, Operations and Innovation at SDA Bocconi School of Management since October 2024.
She leads Business Ethics and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) courses and seminars.
Her research focuses on the social component of Sustainability, encompassing the impacts companies have on employees, communities, and society.
Clio has extensive international experience in the not-for-profit, private, and consulting sectors. She has successfully built impactful partnerships between international NGOs—such as Fondazione Umberto Veronesi, the Center for Italian Modern Art in New York, and ShelterBox in the UK—and private companies.
As an Associate Director at a leading sustainability consultancy in London, she collaborated with global organizations including Heineken, Coca-Cola, GSK, Heathrow, Merz, the Gates Foundation, and Deutsche Bank on their social impact and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Her ability to research complex social challenges and develop practical, actionable business solutions has been the key driver in her career.
Clio earned a Master's Degree in Institutions and Corporate Communications from the University of Turin, and a degree in Communication Sciences from the same University.
