Claudio Ondoli is a Fellow in Leadership, Organization and Human Resources at SDA Bocconi School of Management.
At SDA Bocconi, he was the Director of the Executive MBA Evening Program from 2008 to 2015 and Coordinator of the Course āSviluppo delle competenze relazionaliā. He has conducted numerous education programs, workshops and organizational consulting projects in service firms and bank institutes and organizations in public administration.
His education, research and consulting activities deal with management teamsā effectiveness and cohesion, issues related to leadership development in complex organizations, organizational communication, change management, management and personnel development systems and methodologies for the development of individual potential, coaching and support for coordinators operating in the field of project management.
He is the author of numerous books on his topics of interest. His most recent publications includeāOrganizzare e gestire progettiā (2005, Etas) and some chapters in āProject Based Enterpriseā (2010, Egea) and āResponsible Leadershipāā (2015, Egea). He has also authored several scientific studies which closely examine specific aspects related to working life: "Le persone giuste per i progetti" (2019, Knowledge Category Project Management); āCodice etico per il lavoro temporaneoā (2003, Crora ā Manpower), āDonne e potereā (2001 - SDA Bocconi ā DIR), āLa personalitĆ al lavoro ā(2000; SDA Bocconi ā Area Organizzazione e Personale).
Claudio earned a degree in Chemistry from UniversitĆ degli Studi di Milano in 1978. He is married and has one daughter.
