Each pillar of the Performance Lab is supported by ongoing research engaged in by the topic specific Observatories which also perform ad hoc research on behalf of the Business Community.

The Lab provides five Monitors which cover the following topics:

acquisition processes (Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions) and development finance

external and internal auditing activities and accounting control

budget analysis and assessment of the performance of financial intermediaries

governance of risk and safe business operations in response to the new regulations imposed by the supervisory and control authorities

accounting and tax regulations at an international and European level

The SDA Bocconi Monitor on financial intermediaries - OSSFIN is recognized as the main source for financial analysis and assessment of the performance of financial intermediaries.

Thanks to its experience in research, knowledge of operations, and its independence, it not only represents a point of reference for companies within the sector for the purposes of improvements and benchmarking, but also for the operators and institutions that monitor them.
