The MPA offers public and private organizations various opportunities to get to know, evaluate, and hire talented young people who have taken part in the Master’s program.
The MPA is designed for young people who want to pursue a managerial career within governmental and non-governmental organizations, international institutions, as well as private businesses working with the public sector.
The MPA also aims to strengthen the competencies and enhance the knowledge of established professionals who are working in and for public agencies, and are seeking further managerial and leadership responsibilities.
Organizations, companies or institutions wishing to work with the SDA Bocconi MPA to fulfill their recruitment needs have immediate access to a substantial pool of highly skilled candidates, and are able to contact them directly and see them in action.
Capstone projects are a faster and more direct way to test the practical skills of candidates that have already been screened.
Every summer, the SDA Bocconi MPA offers organizations, companies, and institutions the opportunity to run consultancy projects on actual ongoing issues that require specific intervention and that would benefit from an outsider’s perspective.
These capstone projects, called Summer Projects, are run by small groups of MPA students. Each group works for the commissioning organization and is expected to produce a final report outlining an implementation of the solutions.
