NEQSOL Holding Celebrates First Graduates of L.E.A.P. Program

NEQSOL Holding celebrated the graduation of the first class of 45 selected talented employees from its custom program with SDA Bocconi School of Management, a major component of their comprehensive development journey - the Leadership Excellence and Acceleration Program (L.E.A.P.). These employees successfully completed the program, demonstrating excellent results throughout the year.

The program graduates were awarded certificates at a ceremony on June 6 at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy, where they also presented their final projects. Notable attendees included Imran Ahmadzada, Head of NEQSOL Holding Azerbaijan, Meric Tunc, Chief Human Capital Officer, Kadri Ozen, Chief Communications & Sustainability Officer, Vasyl Latsanych, Head of Telecom, and Henning Sasse, CEO of Norm.

L.E.A.P. aims to establish a highly skilled talent pool that will drive further growth for the Holding. It is a unique development program tailored to individual and group needs. The esteemed SDA Bocconi School of Management, a renowned European business school recognized for its expertise in executive education, management training, and research, serves as the strategic education partner for the program.

Program modules were delivered in Baku and Milan by the distinguished professors from SDA Bocconi School of Management incorporated with various online tools throughout the year. Participants were divided into groups and tasked with developing projects relevant to the Holding, culminating in field projects presented during the final module in Milan.

In addition to the collaboration with SDA Bocconi School of Management, L.E.A.P. has formed partnerships with SparkUs, a leading coaching tech provider, and MIT Sloan Management Review, a highly respected academic journal and website focused on management and business practices.
