Fornire gli strumenti per (ri)disegnare la roadmap di adozione e sviluppo dell’AI in azienda bilanciando strategia, elementi tecnologici, organizzativi e di contesto.
Following the success of its first edition last year, the Digital Futures Academy – an initiative launched by Capgemini and SDA Bocconi School of Management with the aim of training new digital talents, professionals and executives, providing them with the necessary skills to apply new technologies to different markets – will be repeated in 2022. The aim is to train professionals capable of integrating technological skills and business knowledge to support companies along the path of digital transformation.
Designing Business Transformation
Companies increasingly need talent specialized in digital technologies who are also able to design Business Transformation in an integrated way. With this goal in mind, SDA Bocconi School of Management and Capgemini decided to create the Digital Futures Academy, aimed at young graduates as well as experienced professionals and the entire corporate management team. The Scientific Director of the Academy is Severino Meregalli, Associate Professor of Information Systems Practice, SDA Bocconi.
This second edition will start in the coming months and will be open to young Italian and overseas graduates in STEM disciplines and economics, who will have access to a three-week targeted training course in English held by SDA Bocconi professors, Capgemini experts and industry professionals. The initiative will allow participants to lay the foundations for their career in the world of consulting, innovation and digital transition also with the possibility of joining Capgemini once the course is completed.
A career transforming experience
The importance and value of the Academy are underlined in the opinions of the participants of the first edition. For Andrea Napoletano, Analyst Consultant: “The Academy was the experience that turned my career around”. An opinion also shared by Jessica Fratarcangeli, Business Analyst: “The DFA was essential to lay the basics for this intense career”. Gianluca Marotta, IT Business Analyst adds: “The DFA was an opportunity to learn about the main topics emerging over the coming years around IT and new technologies to support business. I recommend this experience to everyone who wants to be a key player in the upcoming digital future”. For Milena Bovetti, Business Analyst and Analyst Consultant it was “full immersion in highly innovative topics”.
Alessia Di Bella - Analyst Consultant, further explained the reasons behind these enthusiastic reviews: “It was an initiative that allowed us young graduates to acquire the necessary skills to tackle the digital transformation of companies. The program develops four areas of expertise in particular: Enterprise Management, Data Area, Intelligent Industry and Customer Experience. Thanks to the partnership between Capgemini and SDA Bocconi, a highly prestigious business school, I am now ready to support companies with a high level of innovation”.
