Career development for students

Co-create your career development plan

To achieve a career change the CDC works with every student on an individual basis, by leading MBAs to create their personal Career Development Plan. To do so, we work with 3 important pillars:

Career Advising
  • Individual career strategy with CDC sector practice leaders to tailor your professional development
  • Group-dynamics to align the job search strategy with market needs, receiving feedback from fellow classmates
  • Interview and assessment practice to help you prepare for recruitment processes
  • Individual soft skills development plan based on behavioral competences through predictive analytics

Create your professional brand

  • Tailor your CV to apply to internship and full time job opportunities which MBA employers and Alumni share on the dedicated CAREER PORTAL.
  • Attend company presentations and networking! Fundamental experiences which will make yourself visible.
  • Participate in challenges and competitions run by global corporates as part of their recruitment processes.
  • Start nurturing your own network of contacts also through actively co-creating events through professional Student Clubs.

Boost your experience through projects

From June onwards, you can put what you have learned in the classroom into practice and face real and challenging business problems by flexibly choosing among individual internships, entrepreneurial projects and MBA group business projects.

Continue your development post graduation

Career progression, personal and professional growth does not stop after graduating from your MBA. Our team invests into continuously providing Alumni academic sessions about topics of interest, tools, resources, 1:1 career advise and professional opportunities also after you MBA. As a part of the community you will continue to work together with the CDC to keep growing as a leader!

Clubs and Events

Meet the stakeholders
Career Development Center often partners with Student Clubs to organize networking events and round tables with key stakeholders – CEOs, top executives, entrepreneurs, headhunters, etc.

These events usually gain a wider audience than the MBA class, and leverage student networking skills and energy to generate extremely engaging discussions about contemporary business topics.
