Sergio Venturini is an Affiliate Professor in the Knowledge Group of Decision Sciences & Business Analytics at SDA Bocconi School of Management. At SDA, he was a member of the Claudio Demattè Research Division Committee from 2006 to 2008. At present, he is a faculty member of the following programs: Master in Business Administration (MBA), Master in Corporate Finance (MCF), Master of International Healthcare Management Economics and Policy (MIHMEP), Master in Public Management (MPM).
He has been a Lecturer at the Department of Decision Sciences at Università Bocconi.
His research activities focus on business analytics, statistical methods for quality assurance and public health data analysis.
He is the author of numerous books and articles on his topics of interest. His works have been published in Annals of Applied Statistics, Cancer Biology & Therapy, Clinical Drug Investigation and Breast Cancer Research and Treatment, among others.
He has conducted research and education projects with major enterprises operating in the food industry.
He was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard School of Public Health and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Sergio earned a degree in Financial Markets and Institutions and a Ph.D. in Statistics both from Università Bocconi.
