Nicola Pelà

Nicola Pelà is a Senior Executive Fellow di Leadership, Human Resources and Digital Technologies at SDA Bocconi School of Management.

A Human Resources expert, advocate of some of the most significant initiatives in the field of organizational management systems and corporate social responsibility (corporate welfare, employee share ownership, integration between the second and third sectors, workplace and mental health), in his professional career he has served both Italian (Olivetti, Fiat, Barilla, Luxottica, Atlantia) and international groups (GSK, Eli Lilly, WBA). Graduated with honors in Law, Master in Business Organization, Carabinieri Officer, Nicola has worked and lived in Italy, the United States, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.

His current larger professional interests focus on the evaluation of human and organizational capital in particular related to extraordinary operations and on artificial intelligence and neuroscience applied to Human Resources management and development processes.
