Elisa Pozzoli is Fellow of Information Systems at SDA Bocconi School of Management. She is Professor of the course “Project Management” in the post-graduate Master at Milan Fashion Institute.
At SDA Bocconi, she is advisor for research and training initiatives for fashion companies on IT issues. She conducted research, trainings and consulting projects for leading companies operating in the field of fashion, industry, transport, banking, insurance, telecommunications, utilities and IT services.
Her research activities focus on organization, IS governance and IS management, process analysis and improvement and Agile Methodologies. Recently, she has developed the following themes: omni/multi-channel and retail technologies.
She is the author of numerous books and articles on the subject. Her works have been published in Harvard Business Review Italia, Economia & Management and Sistemi e Impresa, among others. She taught Information Systems in the Post Graduate Master in Marketing, Commerce and Retail at UAB (Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona). She took part in the international networks ISACA (Information Systems Audit andControl Association), ITSMF (IT Service Management Forum) and IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis).
Elisa earned a Degree in Business Econimics from Bocconi University and an ITP (International Teachers Programme) at Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
