Dmytro Sergeyev is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Bocconi University and a research affiliate at the IGIER and CEPR in London.
His research interests lie in International Finance and Macroeconomics with a particular focus on monetary, fiscal, and macro-prudential policy interactions. He is the author of numerous articles on his topics of interest. His works have been published in the American Economic Review, the Review of Economic Studies and in the Journal of Monetary Economics, among others.
He was a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of California, Berkeley, in the 2017-18 academic year and he obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University in 2013.
