Navigate transformation and lead the future of hospitality and F&B: strategies for growth in a changing landscape

Cosa trovi nel programma

The Hospitality and Food & Beverage (F&B) industries are evolving rapidly, shaped by shifting consumer expectations, technological transformation, sustainability imperatives, and new audience dynamics. As personalization, digitalization, and social responsibility redefine customer experiences, businesses must not only adapt but also identify strategic growth opportunities to stay ahead.
This course provides a structured approach to understanding and leveraging key trends, enabling participants to capitalize on existing assets while exploring new business trajectories. We bridge insights from both F&B and hospitality, recognizing that each sector has valuable lessons to share—from customer experience design and operational efficiencies to new business models and revenue streams. Cross-industry learnings between hospitality and F&B is part of the learning journey.
Participants will gain practical tools to develop, implement, and assess strategies for product and service innovation, ensuring their businesses remain competitive in a changing landscape.
This course is co-designed and co-taught by faculty from both EHL and SDA Bocconi, offering a blended learning experience across both institutions. Professors from SDA Bocconi will teach at EHL, and EHL professors will teach at SDA Bocconi, fostering a rich, cross-disciplinary perspective that bridges the best of both worlds.

It Fits You If

You are a senior manager or executive in the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sectors looking to deepen your expertise, understand industry interconnections, and strategically drive business growth in an evolving market.
The program is particularly relevant for professionals in:

  • Hospitality (hotels, resorts, food service operators)
  • Food & Beverage brands
  • Procurement, Distribution, and Supply Chain Management serving the Hospitality sector
  • Retail and Wholesale professionals working with food & beverage clientele
  • F&B executives aiming to expand into hospitality-related business models

The course bridges the gap between hospitality and F&B, acknowledging that while F&B companies often operate through distributors, agents, and wholesalers, understanding hospitality’s procurement needs, operational models, and customer expectations is key to navigating market growth.
By joining this program, you will gain strategic insights into the cross-industry opportunities between Hospitality and F&B, developing a deeper understanding of procurement, distribution, and supply chain dynamics specific to the market. You will also explore new perspectives on customer experience and innovation trends in premium and luxury foodservice.
