She is broadly interested in how organizations learn and how it impacts their ability to innovate and adapt, especially in discontinuous environments. Her more recent research focuses on the implications of multiple goals and aspirations, organizational structure, and decision-makers attributes on adaptive change. Her work has been published in leading management journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Annals, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Management Science, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, and Journal of International Business Studies. She is currently the Co-Editor of the Strategic Management Journal, a top management journal, after serving two terms as the Associate Editor there.
