The Dossier of the fourth issue of the year of Economia&Management is dedicated to real estate, “a sector that is being deeply affected by the dynamics linked to the transformations of the world of work, and where people will decide to work and live” (from the editorial by the Editor-in-Chief Fabrizio Perretti).
In addition to representing a crucial area for the development of the national economy, for some years now real estate has been undergoing profound transformations dictated by new styles of life, work, and management of free time, and by the advent of new technologies and growing attention to ESG factors and sustainability.
