The Transformation of Real Estate in the Pages of the New Issue of E&M

The Dossier of the fourth issue of the year of Economia&Management is dedicated to real estate, “a sector that is being deeply affected by the dynamics linked to the transformations of the world of work, and where people will decide to work and live” (from the editorial by the Editor-in-Chief Fabrizio Perretti).

In addition to representing a crucial area for the development of the national economy, for some years now real estate has been undergoing profound transformations dictated by new styles of life, work, and management of free time, and by the advent of new technologies and growing attention to ESG factors and sustainability. Prepared by Andrea Beltratti, Alessia Bezzecchi and Giacomo Morri, this dossier analyzes the complexities of a dynamic sector where skills are increasingly required in multiple fields: finance and economics, social issues, urban planning, architecture, and technology.

The magazine’s focus, prepared by Sandro Castaldo and Fabrizio Zerbini, is dedicated to the challenges of marketing. Among the contributions in this issue is also an article by Stefano Caselli, the Dean of SDA Bocconi, on capitalism and the future of the relationship between the state and business.

The lineup is completed by the visual reading and the podcast on the electrical future of mobility and various articles by important figures on current and cutting-edge managerial issues.
