Davide Achille is a Fellow in Business Law at SDA Bocconi School of Management.
He is Associate Professor of Private Law at University of Piemonte Orientale, where he teaches Private Law, Civil Law and Advanced Civil Law. Since 2017 he has been a contract lecturer at Bocconi University teaching Civil Law - European Contract Law.
His scientific interest is in the law of contracts and credit guarantees, with particular reference to business relations. He is the author of numerous publications on the various fields of private and civil law. He has published three monographs: The prohibition of agreements as to succession. Contribution to the Study of Private Autonomy in Succession, Naples, 2012;The resolution by mutual dissent, Naples, 2013; The 'movable' non-possessory pledge. Shape of the collateral for corporate financing, Naples, 2022.
After graduating with honours at University "Sapienza" of Rome in 2007, he obtained a PhD in European law on a historical-comparative basis at University of Roma Tre in 2012. He was a research fellow at Bocconi University (2017-2020).
