We invite you to apply on time.
You are required to submit an official transcript or certified copy of your grades (in English or Italian) and a certified copy of your degree certificate from the college or university you attended. This must include grades for individual subjects with the grading scale, the type of degree, the date of graduation and the dates of enrollment.
Applicants who obtained a university degree in Italy must provide a self-declaration of the Degree Certificate and Transcript (form provided by your university). This self-declaration is only for students who graduated from Italian universities.
The EMMS is held entirely in English, thus all applicants must be highly proficient in written and spoken English. If English is not your mother tongue, you must submit a result of the TOEFL, IELTS, PTE Academic or CPE tests.
At the testing site, you can specify that your results be sent directly to SDA Bocconi (TOEFL School Code: 0698, PTE School Code: R7G-6R-23). If you have already taken one of these tests, the original results must be sent directly to the school. Please note that test results are no longer valid after two years from the result date.
A test result may be waived for native English speakers and for students who did their degree in English, or can document significant professional experience in an English-speaking country.
Your reference must be from a person who knows you well, and can comment knowledgeably on your professional and/or academic background, providing a detailed evaluation of your qualifications for the EMMS.
The contact details of your referee (name, surname and company email address) must be indicated in the online application form. The referee will then receive a form to be filled out and submitted to us.
You will be required to have an interview with the program director. In cases where the applicant cannot easily travel to Milan, the interview can take place remotely.
The online application from is available exclusively online and must be completed with accurate and precise information regarding your personal and professional experiences and your reasons for attending the program. Please, fill it out and submit it through our website and upload all required documents to the “Documents” section of your online application.
You can check the status of your submission through our application portal (MyApplication).
The online application will be available until 11th February 2025.
Kindly notice the application portal is an independent system, therefore your SDA Bocconi website (www.sdabocconi.it) credentials are not to be used. Please proceed with a new registration.

The EMMS admission process is rigorous and designed not only to determine if you are suitable for the program, but also if the program will meet your expectations and your career goals.
Applications are examined on a rolling basis and those received well in advance of the deadline have a greater chance of being admitted. Therefore, it is in your best interest to submit your application as early as possible.
As soon as the selection process is completed you will receive a formal letter from the Admissions Service, notifying you of the admission decision. The results are never communicated by phone.
The selection process can result in one of the following outcomes:
Enrollment
Upon confirmation of your admission, you will receive an enrollment form that must be completed, signed and uploaded to MyApplication by the deadline indicated in the admission letter. To complete the enrollment process, you have to make the first tuition payment.
After enrolling, some international students (especially from outside the EU), may also be required to send by land mail the official/ original or certified degree certificate/ transcript.
The total fee for the EMMS 19th is € 39,000 to be paid in four installments:

All these requirements have to be met by 11th November 2024. We invite you to apply at least two weeks before the deadline to ensure timely completion of the selection process and of the enrollment procedure.
Each year multiple scholarships and tuition waivers are available for outstanding candidates, thanks to the ongoing support of companies, other organizations, as well as our alumni and current students.
Applications for tuition waivers are evaluated according to the following criteria:
To be eligible for a tuition waiver, applicants must:
All candidates who meet the requirements can apply to the tuition waivers.
Candidates can apply to the scholarship/tuition waivers even though their selection process is still in progress.
Admission to the program is independent of the awarding of any scholarship or tuition waiver.
The tuition waiver is not compatible with the "early bird fee". Candidates enrolled by November 11th 2024 who are subsequently awarded a tuition waiver are no longer eligible for the early bird fee.

International Candidates
The School assists candidates with their search for funding by supplying the necessary documentation and encouraging them to explore all scholarship and loan possibilities. SDA Bocconi provides opportunities for low-interest loans to admitted students (International students, Italian students), thanks to agreements with partner banks. Loan applications must be submitted by the end of month following the starting date of your Master.
