The Career Development Center (CDC) has designed a unique and intense training and development program, customizing it to each of our students.

To reach career progression and personal growth each one of our students commits to a demanding path for development!

Our aim is to Develop your Future Career

The CDC is a key partner to MBA candidates seeking to achieve their career growth and to invite recruiting companies who need to feed their international talent pipeline to Campus.

Each CDC team member's mission is to support you throughout the program, providing you with the right training, tools and knowledge to plan and execute an effective career strategy, hosting a large variety of employers and telling the experience of Alumni, helping you to successfully re-enter the job market after graduation.

Career Development Center

We are a team of dedicated professionals with consolidated experience in supporting international companies of all sizes, from corporations to scale-ups, from all sectors and geographies.

The CDC invites employers and Alumni to meet MBA students on campus and virtually, or at their premises, by organizing presentations, challenges and competitions to help them select talent with a focus on organizational fit!
