The Brand Academy of SDA Bocconi is a long-term strategic plan, which aims to lay the foundations for the development of a knowledge platform for brand management.
The executive program DIGITAL & EXPERIENCE BRANDING is part of the Brand Academy.

Objectives

As a matter of fact, customers – not companies – define brands. Brands are only relevant if they resonate with customers. And branding, today, is all about the kind of experience delivered to the customers, with each and every interaction or touch-point. The experience becomes the brand in the customers’ minds and understanding the “spirit” of the customer experience let the brand  to make an emotional connection with customers.
Branding experience should be applied to use of digital media and technology to develop brands and expeience through interactions with consumers on the digital devices they're increasingly using.
So, a brand is formulated through a larger set of experiences, and digital is a powerful tool for brand experience, taking opportunity from its programmes and multichannel strategy.
Participants will find the answers to the following questions: How to deliver brand experience to the customers? How to amplify the brand value proposition by different touch points? How the brand experience can become a brand digital experience? How to design a omni-multi-channel strategy to enhance a branding & digital experience?


Participants

Brand and marketing manager as well as product and project managers, and both web and software developers brand consultants and strategic planners who are willing to built a brand and digital journey for customers.
